Benefits and General Advice

We advice and take up individual casework and liaise with the Home Office and other agencies. Assistance is given in completing necessary forms on behalf of service users. Our staff can communicate in various languages.

Our staff are qualified at Level 2 OISC (Offices of Immigration Services Commission) requirement. We have also achieved full Quality Mark awarded Community Legal Services. It is illegal to give immigration/nationality advice unless a person is registered with OISC.

Pensions Surgery

The Department of Work and Pension hold a surgery at the CREC office every first Wednesday of the month. The Pension Centre number is 0845 6060265
